The Super Brand of the Snack-World
Since 2005, under the organization of Superbrands Turkey, Turkey’s super brands have been identified by a selective committee composed of sector leaders and consumer research evaluations once in two years. "In 2010," 1046 brands identified in the first round were reduced to 306 brands after reviewing the size of company, investments in ‘brandization’, continuity of the brand, technology, quality of labour force, creativity, compliance with ethical values, participation in social responsibility projects, and place in tax ranking. In line with the consumer survey about the brands, carried out by AC Nielsen in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, and jury evaluation, Turkey’s 117 ‘Superbrands’ were identified. Tadım was the only company chosen “Super Brand” in snacks category.

Tadım Advertisements Have “Kristal Elma” (Crystal Apple) Award
Recently, Tadım became notable also with its media work, and won Kristal Elma (Crystal Apple) Advertisements Award in the category of press releases and radio. Thus, Tadım proved the importance it places on communications with its consumer along with its quality. In 2010, Tadım placed second and third in press releases category, and placed third in radio category.

Tadım Placed First in Packaged-Nuts Export
According to 2008 and 2009 export records of Istanbul Exporters’ Associations, Tadım holds the first place in packaged-nuts export. Exporting packaged-nuts alone, Tadım also holds the second place in dried nuts category, which includes loose-nuts, among the members of Istanbul Dried Fruit and Dried-Fruit-Products Exporters’ Associations.

Superior Taste Award to Tadımca
Along with pioneering other brands in its sector with the latest technology it uses, being the leader brand of the market with its product variety, in 2004, Tadım also packaged dried fruits and presented it to Tadım dried-fruit-lovers. Tadımca, which has varieties such as pistachios, hazelnuts, or peanuts, is made of healthy ingredients and also with its unique it wins the hearts of consumers. Approved by International Taste and Quality Institution (ITQI), Tadımca taste, with all its three sorts, was seen worthy of “Superior Taste Award” in 2009. 60% of Tadımca’s ingredients consist of delicious and extra fresh nuts and dried fruits.


Tadım Introduces Sine Qua Non of the Sector, Self-Standing Package Technology
Tadım renovated its machinery line and, being a pioneer in the sector, started to produce self-standing packages in 2000. These packages can stand on the shelves without needing any support, and with this classy design, they quickly became sine qua non of the sector in line with the widespread chain store concept. Tadım, regarding its machinery and production facilities, is one of the brands with the highest standards in the world. And it closely follows new technologies and latest developments in the world so as to renovate both its machinery and production facilities and continues to renew itself by investing in research and development.

We Drew Attention to Hygiene By Using Transparent Packages and We Were the Pioneering Brand to Use Barred and Sealed Packages
Tadım has accustomed consumers to the process of transition from loose dried nuts to packaged dried nuts by offering its products in “transparent packages” since 1971. In 1999, we started to use “barred and sealed package”. Thus, in terms of dried nuts sectors, Tadım was the first brand to use heat, moist and light barrier with its packages and proved its innovative attitude once again.
