Our Human Resources Policy
While remaining devoted to our principles as a traditional brand with 40 years of experience, we continuously renew our technology and introduce original products to the market as an innovative brand. You can observe the same approach in our Human Resources Policy as well. According to Tadım, “human” is the fundamental source that drives the other management sources. Tadım holds its employees with the belief “We win together”, and pays attention to train its managers on the business and places importance on improving personal and vocational qualifications of its employees with internal trainings.
Beginning with recruitment, at all stages of human resources, Tadım encourages its employees to be a good team-worker, problem-solver, work in a client- and quality-oriented manner, have good communications skills and to be innovative. Tadım constitutes its human resources policy taking into account two different goals simultaneously: targets of the enterprise and environmental and social responsibilities of the enterprise.

Career Management
Tadım’s employees are perceived not as the managed but as those who manage their jobs and we strive to provide them with the working environment necessary for their self-improvement. As we attach importance to career plans of employees, we believe that individuals can plan their own careers in the best way and that the Human Resources Department should provide support and guidance in this way. In our Career-Building process, we also pay close attention to prioritize by providing our employees with the opportunity for horizontal and vertical mobility to transfer to other positions or departments based on their qualifications and performance.

Orientation and Training
Our Human Resources Department organizes an orientation program for new employees who are to join Tadım family. In addition to the standard procedure, our colleagues who newly joined Tadım, following a customized orientation plan, receive a comprehensive training including visits to product-line, presentation of retailers, and field observations. Once their reports on observations, thoughts and perceptions from the orientation phase are evaluated, they enter upon their duty.

Social Events and Life at Tadım
Our aim is to ensure that, our employees, from their first day at Tadım onwards, work having fun without feeling like a stranger. With this perspective, we try to ease our employees’ life from the first day and provide them with the document titled “Life at Tadım-practical knowledge” included in our orientation kit. Tadım’s employees enjoy the feeling of a family at various events organized. We pay careful attention to keep our employees’ motivation high, share social life outside work, have fun together with the activities (bowling tournaments, theatre visits, matches, picnic, barbecue parties, etc.) we carry out.

At all stages of our production, we process and pack our raw materials in our production line with latest technology machinery, untouched in a hygienic environment guaranteed by EN ISO 22000: 2005 HACCP Food Safety Management System. We also make multi-dimensional research for the product development process and keep up with the latest trends along with closely following technological developments around the world and applying them to our products.
